The Programme and Project Management Centre of Expertise (PPM-CoE) provides a focal point for programme and project management in the Scottish Government. It also manages the Scottish Government's use of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Gateway™ review process.
Many of the Scottish Government's policy outcomes and objectives are delivered through programmes and projects. Regardless of their scale or subject matter all Scottish Government programmes and projects must adhere to the SG's PPM Principles.
Gateway Review
OGC Gateway™ is a Trade Mark and the PPM-CoE is accredited by OGC to arrange and manage these reviews on behalf of the Scottish Government. The Scottish Government uses OGC Gateway™ to support the delivery of its most complex programmes and projects.
